Reset Basics

A self-paced four week program designed to establish the foundational rhythms of nourishment. Food, sleep, movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. Work through it in your own time, at your own pace, with everything you need to get started right away.

1:1 Coaching

For women ready to go deeper. We look at the full picture, your hormones, your history, your habits, and your life, and build a path that is truly yours. Personalized, integrative support that evolves as you do. Inquire to learn more.

Nourished Yoga (Starting May 2026)

Weekly virtual yoga classes designed to nourish rather than deplete. We move with intention, breathe with awareness, and use the practice as a doorway back into the body. Open to all levels.

The Nourished Collective (Coming Summer 2026)

A group experience built around community, embodiment, and shared practice. We will move through The Nourished Method's four pillars over our 4 weeks together, meeting weekly because healing happens in relationship.
