This conversation has been brewing in me for a while now and the time has come to share. I find some topics are better spoken to than written about. There is nuance in this topic, and I wanted to be sure that nuance was highlighted. So here it is! 

The Regulate private podcast is a series about the basic inputs our human physiology requires to be well. While there are many specific health concerns that surely require a deeper dive and personalized attention, I am confident in speaking to the basics that we all require to be well. I am calling this Root Case Wellness. 

In a world of social media, and constant access to information, we are struggling with our health more than ever. We have outsourced long enough, spent enough on supplements and protocols, so here I offer a new path forward. How helpful would it feel to be able to tune into your own inner knowing, to know the simple strategies to regulate your blood sugar, your nervous system, your hormones? I am purposefully not saying, EASY, I am saying SIMPLE. And simple habits practiced over time are the stepping stones to overall health, vitality and wellness.

So join me as we go deep, not wide. As we dive into REGULATION as the missing input to optimize our wellness.
