  • Daily circadian 12 - hour overnight fasts to support blood sugar, cell renewal and healthy hormones!

Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork Sessions

I am thrilled to be offering Breathe Into Balance,  a Functional Breathwork program with 4 weekly sessions.

Breathwork is so often the missing link in our health journey! Every breath we take (approx 20,000-25,000 per day!) is either supporting our nervous system health or disrupting it.

Learning techniques to optimize breathing, shift our physiological state and increase our capacity & resilience in the face of stress are just some of the tools I can facilitate and share in our sessions!
